La madrugada de este 10 de enero, se dieron a conocer los nominados a los Óscar de 2012. Los encargados de anunciar la lista fueron Emma Stone y Seth MacFarlane. La ceremonia de los Óscares será transmitida este 24 de febrero en el Dolby Theatre en Los Ángeles e igualmente será conducida por MacFarlane.
Entre las películas que liderean las nominaciones se encuentran Lincoln, Argo, Pi Life (Una aventura extraordinaria) y Los Miserables.
En estos momentos, los dos grandes favoritos son Lincoln, con 12 nominaciones, y Silver Linings Playbook (El lado bueno de las cosas), que ha logrado nominaciones de interpretación en las cuatro categorías.
Por su parte, un mexicano destaca en la premiación. Se trata de José Antonio García, quien junto a sus compañeros John Reitz y Gregg Rudloff, han sido nominados al Óscar en la categoría de mejor mezcla de sonido por su trabajo en “Argo”.
En números generales, Lincoln suma 12 nominaciones seguida de La vida de Pi con 11. Con 8 se queda Los Miserables y 7 para Silver Linings Playbook. Con 5 se colocan tanto Django y Argo; con 4 Amour, Zero Dark Thirty (La noche más oscura) y Beasts of the Southern Wild.
